The original négociant cuvée, produced since 2011. From an east-facing site, fermented with 10% whole clusters and aged in 40% new oak (the only new barrel purchased in 2024).

Bottled in November 2025. Elegant and expressive, with delicate red fruit, subtle spice, vibrant freshness and fine, chewy tannins. Always approachable in its youth, yet rewarded by time in bottle with added depth and complexity. Cooler vintages are particularly well suited to this vineyard.

Three barrels, one new. The Savigny Vergelesses has a lighter colour, not atypical of this location. A touch of graphite from the new Chassin barrel. This is on the lighter side, but perseveres well on the palate with a little strawberry and spice to finish.
