Lower on the slope than Vergelesses, this south-facing site has clay-rich soils that produce wines of depth and dark fruit. Fermented with 40% whole clusters.

Deep garnet in colour, with aromas of cherry, blackberry and forest floor. Darker and more concentrated than Vergelesses, with impressive structure and balance. Patience will be rewarded.
