This is the cuvée I started my negociant with in 2011. The vineyard is located in the upper middle section on an eastern facing slope. The wine is always a mix of delicate fruit aromas with spicy undertones and a brambly edge with fine but firm tannins on the finish. 20% whole clusters and 20% new oak. Racked and assembled into tank after harvest and bottled 2nd December 2024.

This wine is consistent in character every year. A blend of delicate fruit characters together with a freshness and chewy tannins. Always approachable in its youth but time in the cellar and the wine will continue to gain complexity.

Drink: 2026-2036.
