Pale to mid-garnet colour. Initially reserved, the nose opens with notes of hazelnut, red cherry and wild strawberry, alongside a subtle savoury character. The palate is finely structured, with pure red fruit, bright acidity and a distinct limestone freshness. Elegant rather than powerful, it finishes long, mineral and precise.

Three barrels, recently racked. Pale to mid garnet. As much nut as fruit on the nose. Starts quietly, but delivers a little more, further back. A dry style of red fruit.
