A classic Yarra Valley season with beautiful ripening and freshness. As the Pinot Noir was showing a little lighter than expected, Jane followed a traditional Australian practice of blending in Syrah to add colour, spice and palate weight while retaining freshness and drinkability. The resulting 60/40 blend is light to medium-bodied, juicy and bright with cherry, raspberry, white pepper and spice. Perfect with BBQs, summer lunches or casual dinners.
