Sourced from the Shoreham Park vineyard (planted in the 1990s), this wine is currently tightly wound and will benefit from time in bottle. Aromas of clove, raspberry, and orange zest lead into a savoury, spice-driven palate with silky, fine tannins.

• Oak: 15% new French
